Default Premium Sound System Mini Disc

Well, i've been told the ICM is screwed by 2 dealers - they are 99% certain, and until its replaced they cannot confirm 100%.

So, whilst still trying to pick myself off up the floor and reach my wallet to get it repaired, i went out in the car whilst dark for the first time in months. (its the wifes car so hence the lack of urgency for the repair

can anyone else tell me, when all the normal radio/stereo/air con lights are on, if they have a light in their minidisc hole or a light on the minidisc eject button?

mine was looking suspiciously dark as if something was missing......i have tried an optical loop in its place, but it just looked light a light/led was missing.

was just a thought before i dust off the credit card.

ta in advance.

Yes, there is an LED at each side of the disc slot and the eject button is illuminated.
