18" Tyres
Hello
I have a T5 with the optional 18" tyres which are due for replacement. Big cost! I currently have Pirellis. I wonder if anyone has a view on alternatives and perhaps more importantly where to look for a good price. |

RE: 18" Tyres
I'm about to buy some for my S80, 235/40/18 (I think).
Quoted about £150 for pirelli pzero, or £130 for ContiSport. Protyres in Bristol and other places is recommeded (part of the Micheldever tyres). |

RE: 18" Tyres
I had 18's on my old car and bought a set of Falken F451's for it. I was so impressed with them that I bought a pair for the front of my S60 (17") when they went home. As I recall the 18's came in at about £120 a corner. They are quite hardwearing and also good in either wet or dry. I got mine from Kenvad Motoring Centre in Worthing, West Sussex. I've heard that Toyo T1 Proxes are good and not as expensive as "brand" tyres, many of which I personally think are overrated and not worth the money.

RE: 18" Tyres
Go to 850/70 Series Models page 2, 26 Oct '850 auto est tyres' then to page 7, last post 12 Oct MORE NEW BOOTS...if I remember correctly T5 owners contribute to each of those questions. Hope it's useful.
