General: - Leisure Key Tag - Neck ‘String’?

I have a new Volvo S90 Leisure Key Tag which is apparently designed to be suspended around your neck with a nylon/synthetic/thread of less than 3mm diameter. I know that Volvo say that you can slip it inside your trunks when swimming, diving, wind surfing etc. But I’m sure there must be thousands of Volvo owning naturists with a Leisure Key Tag, what do they do I wonder ? Anyone had this problem and managed to sort it ?

I'm not sure I understand why there is a problem. You have a key that needs a synthetic thread of less than 3mm diameter - buy some thread.

I could imagine a 3mm cord may chafe, I'd recommend an ID card Lanyard, this ebay listing even has multiple colours to match whichever outfit you're not wearing.
