Volvo 440 TURBO

Hi everybody, i own a 94’ turbo 88kw. I love it, i have it since december of last year. I bought it from an old dentist guy, who used it for 10+ years and then he got a new car, so he just parked it under a tree and left it there for 6 years. So a bought it. I fixed the rust on it, changed oil, gas filter breaks and some stuff. It hardly starts and i cant figure out why. It has gas flow, spark, compression everything. And i just cant find out why it wont start. I would like to ask for some help, and how rare is thia car in the eu (hungary) and how much could it worth?

Does it start and then stall? Or does it do nothing at all when you turn the key?

It does nothing, just a loud buzz in the enginebay. The right side of the enginebay
