Baggiebird8 hasn't been on since Feb, so you may be better off PM'ing him.

I had the Volvo OE towbar fitted to my first XC70 but arranged it at a dealer after I purchased it. They wanted £880 to supply/fit despite the accessories brochure saying £440. Accessories at time of purchase was the argument but I stuck to my guns and got it for the lower amount. Still expensive though, especially in 2005!

I went for a Witter detachable tow bar with Volvo electrics for my V70.
