440 Radiator
Hi, i am going to be replacing a radiator on a 2 litre petrol 440, just wondering if it is easy enought to do ? Is the fan connected to the radiator or is it seperate ? what tools are required,any help much appreciated

hi
all you need is a 10mm socket or spanner for the bolts on the top plastic cover the same 10mm for the two brackets, a 19mm spanner for the red drain plug at the bottom of the radiator then all you need is a screwdriver flat blade for the hose clips two either side one at the bottom opposite side of the drain plug unclip the wires for the rad temp gauge then lift the rad up and thats it pretty easy. hope this helps this is for a 1.8 440 don't spose there will be much difference |
