An update and thank you for the recommendations on this I did contact Richard and he went above and beyond matching, recovering and fitting the headrests to the car.
Although it was specified as a headrest prepared car the seats in the car weren't so Richard replaced the back frames and corrected some detail on the pattern of the seat to all for the quoted price and since the original seats were recovered quite a few years ago I think he got as good match as possible I would highly recommend him for interior any work , he's also got a massive knowledge about the cars.

Thanks

VPautoparts likely to have all you need. I haven't checked their site. Brookhouse and CVI get some parts from VP so shop around. Complete fitting kits probably the best way to go. Do you have the headrests? New covers also available in most colours.

Hi I bought my headrests on ebay original items but needed recovering they came from USA and were cheaper than buying retro made by some way, just keep a look out and be patient they will come up at a decent price.
I bought the plastic washers from the site mentioned earlier as some were missing when the headrests came . The Guide tubes the headrests fit into and some of the plastic bits which fit onto, didn't come with the headrests. I made the tubes myself, bought the metal tubing cut to length and cut as necessary for plastic to fit to be honest this was easy, I can assure I am no great handyman (I did have one original tube as a template) but you may be lucky and get the tubes with the headrest.
You can check on the Volvo register if your seats are headrest prepared but be aware this register is not always totally accurate. If you need the headrest recovering for leather matching to your seats there is no one better than Richard to use; his work is exceptional and I thought very fairly priced.
Pleased I had it done . Good Luck
