  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

it goes from inside the front wing into the clips on the inside of the grill. Will take a photo
OK. four screws one each corner into "U nuts"
I have two at the moment +two temp' wood screws.

The one indicated by the red arrow on the VP parts book drawing is actually the threaded stud on the inside of the grille surround. This uses the nut/lock washer/ plain washer shown next to it. The screw #955137 isn't in the fastener book so can't help you there. The actual one is shown on the drawing above the centre of the grille and would be #33 but that's missing here. Lists 7 as being used so there is probably 3 down each side and one in the centre underneath?
Using stainless is good here as new generic ones usually have poor plating and rust easily. The Volvo ones would have a dull galvanised finish.

Hi Derek. It's a replacement surround. The original ones probably had the stud. my one had the U bolts and screws.
