Default XC60 brake lights

Hi,
I have a 2012 XC60 which has only done 14k miles but a couple of the lights have stopped working in the top rear cluster in the tailgate.
Can anyone advise on how to fix and whether or not it's a relatively simple job that I could do myself.
Many thanks.
PS my horn is only one tone rather than 2 as well, so if you any advice on this one too then great.
