Just found this thread again; a quick update on my exeperiences...

Corner have proven to be fantastic; fitted monroe adjustable rear shocks for me in 24hrs (once they arrived) and made it a very tidy install, given that they don't fit them to V70's very often.

They also appear to have VADIS now as they used that to diagnose my airbag fault

Dobsons in Kendal sorted out my airbag light for £27... so a total of £50 to sort that which is pretty much what Startstone quoted to look at it to begin with... they also picked tyre wear on the rear, which meant 2 new tyres but I was able to sort that out myself

Anyone got any suggestions for a specialist in the South of France? My nearest dealer is at least 30mins away in Avignon, otherwise it's Nimes which is a total pig to get to...
