S40: - Replacing Turbo

Hi,

I am seeking for advice and expertise in this forum and please do not mind me asking stupid question.

I drive a S40 B4204T3 model. People told it is running TD04-12T turbo.
Can i replace the T3 TD04-12T turbo with T4 TD04-14T direct and drive without any remapping?

Perhaps i should write in other way, is there any effect and side effect when i replace current TD04-12T with TD04-14T turbo and drive in stock? no remapping.
