Default 2016 V60 D3 Error P00BC

Hi All,

We've just added to the number of Volvos in the family with a 2016 66 plate V60 D3 to go with the 2007 C30.
It has just had a new cam belt, water pump, clutch and flywheel.

On the way home from the dealer the limp mode turtle joined us (great start!).
The error code is P00BC which suggests MAF, the garage replaced this and the error seemed to go away. Driving around town and on the motor way the turtle comes back with reduced performance. The same error code.

I've checked the movement of the EGR - and it seems to move okay by hand. It springs back. The Torque app and a bluetooth dongle suggest that when the EGR % is called for 0% the EGR error % is 99%.
Apart from when the % called for is 0% the EGR error is +- 16%. This does not seem too bad?

Could this be a symptom of a stuck/blocked EGR? Or am I looking at something else? I've ready about an EMAP pipe. Can anyone point me in the direction of this on the D3?

I've watched the EGR cleaning youtube video, this I guess might be worth doing?

Is there a good workshop manual for these cars?

Is there anything else I should be looking for?

Thanks in advance,
