Suggest you re-read the thread, my post was constructive, you made the smart arse comment with the totally uncalled for shout (what were you saying about etiquette for dummies ?)you then showed you didnt have a clue what you were talking about when you rambled on about condensors freezing up!!!, (id bear the old chinese proverb in mind better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool rather than opening it and proving it.)
ps guess what? you wrong yet again (bit of a pattern emerging here)the v40 with climate does have a variable output comp, however to be fair if you dont know the difference between the function of the evap and the condensor its a bit much to expect you to understand the difference between the various compressor designs

Not according to Vadis it doesn't.

Dummies obviously don't use punctuation either, or have a proper grasp of good grammar.

Forget reading the Haynes manual and go for this instead http://www.amazon.com/Etiquette-Dumm.../dp/0764551701

Really ? and what type of compressor does it have?
pray tell,

ps, having lost the argument on the technical side iwould refrain from picking people up on their grammer /spelling on a internet car forum, it just makes one look a bit of a pratt

Look it up - you profess to be such an expert!

Lost the argument? I was under the impression that this was a discussion, which is what a forum is for.

Why would you refrain from picking up grammatical and spelling errors?

Pray tell...

Mike

first point ,yes looked it up on vadis i was indeed correct the V 40 if fitted with CC has a variable output comp .... yet again you were wrong

second point, obviously you had not a clue how the air con system functioned if you had you would have known the condenser could never freeze up,..... wrong again im afraid.

third point, this is a car forum , people dont give a toss about grammer ,its the technical knowledge that counts, which is where sadly you come unstuck im afraid ,....wrong yet again

final call, this is now getting a bit tedious, pm me if you wish to carry on the bun fight ,however if you have a constructive tehnical input to make make it
(however given your track record on air con system expertise im not holding my breath!)

final final call ,you still havent told us what type of compressor is fitted to the V40 if i was a bit more cynical id guess you havent actually a clue!!
