  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default 2005 1.8 s40 immobiliser fault

Hi I’ve just bought a Volvo S40 1.8 sport with lost keys I was going to weigh the car in but it looks to nice so I’ve decided to keep it for myself I’ve purchased a full ecu and lock set from a running 2006 1.8 se and get the message immobiliser see manual the steering lock comes off when I put the key in the doors lock and open but when I crank it turns the dash lights off any help much appreciated thanks rick
I replaced main ecu, fuse box under glove box ,ignition barrel, clocks,and key
