Default 2003 S40 brakes new!!

Hello All,

My first post! Yep, I'm Canadian here in Vancouver B.C..

Just fitted new pads on my S40.

Cost $100 for front and rear pads at Canadian Tire.

Did some research here for procedures.

So thank you very much Volvo Community Forums!

Volvo wanted $500 for just the pads replaced. Pah!

My time 3 hours and not a complex job to do.

Any questions?...just ask.

William

Thumbs up Thank you for the welcome

Here is the link for brake pads replacement procedure.

http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showth...ht=rear+brakes

The information there is excellent.

I hope to add to the treasure of information here in the future as I learn more.

Thanks again and Good Luck!

William
