That was part of the revised spec that saw the loss of a lot of options for the UK. No option to spec cloth, leather faced or full leather seats, all specs are only available with leather faced seats.

I do wonder if the main dealer can convert the seats to full leather though using leather seat covers. They must be available from the spares department.

Incidentally, the ES trim in Ireland gives you cloth seats.

Very interesting, but it does not explain why the Ireland and mainland Europe still have the option to select 4C and Inscription Leather. The parts are still there !

Very true. I did mention that, but the guy only had info from the Volvo UK point of view and I think he didn't want to just say he had no idea why that was.
