Default Amazon Estate on ebay at £48k!

Currently showing at a massive £48k but the few poor pictures imply it might have been customised (wheels and paint). The even fewer words state a B20 engine with overdrive, but seriously is that the going rate for an estate now?
Phew!

There has been a fair bit of discussion about that estate on the Volvo Amazon Facebook page…

As I put on there: look closely at the front indicator/sidelight housing. There appears to be overspray on the chrome surround (my guess is that they were not removed prior to the respray). Also, the ad features other wedding cars in the background (the Amazon is pictured with those ribbons people put on cars when they're getting hitched)…. Maybe some chancer thinks he can get a massively inflated price if it’s for the wedding trade?

48 grand? For an Amazon with dodgy big wheels, appalling panel gaps (look at the front panel and wing alignment), missing chrome trim around the front screen and a very poor Ebay advert?

Dunno what the seller is smoking, but I’d like some!

Messaged the seller to justify the price with pictures and receipts/explanation of work; and guess what......no response.

If you look at the sidelights more closely, you will see that the rubber surrounding the sidelights are still black. The whole of the chrome has been painted while it was off the car. I am presuming he is just advertising his business.

Well spotted!

Not sure it makes the car worth 48 grand, mind...

Horrible colour scheme as well. With the lack of decent pics and the price, yeah doubt it is a serious seller.
