Default Volvo XC60 2014 oil usage and CEM-U030141

I have a Volvo XC60 2.0D 2014 181PH
I bought this car in November 2018 and since then I’ve got issue with the oil consumption, around every 500miles I need to top up with 0.5l. I took the car to the main dealer for investigation and first they told me that this is normal oil use, they updated the software in my car. Since then the car started jerking on acceleration and increase in speed. When I did the diagnostics in my car which shows code error CEM-U030141 CEM Software Incompatibility with ECM/PCM. System Internal Failures (I told Volvo that RAC did diagnostic, but I used Volvo dice software) but when Volvo service did diagnostic, they can’t find this error code. Last year 2019 December I started having problem with EGR which was new I told my mechanic to check my car regarding oil usage and EGR, he told me that the turbo is not good and shown me that the turbo had oil inside, he change the turbo and he clean EGR but now is 3 months after turbo has been changed and oil consumption is still high and the error code CEM-U030141 CEM Software Incompatibility with ECM/PCM. System Internal Failures. Last year when Volvo upgraded the software and the jerking was apparent, they took my car back to the Volvo service to have look what is going on they can’t find any jerking and they told me that is no error code. They also they told me that my car is still in warranty (May last year 2019) I have visit the dealer a couple of times with the jerking and high oil usage, they told me that they need to investigate deeper which is a big cost to remove head gasket. If my car was in warranty in May 2019 this cost should be free to remove the head gasket and investigate oil usage? The mechanic told me that 2.0d engine have issues with oil rings. I’m not sure if it is right or wrong with the oil rings, if it is right Volvo should repair my car for free as is common issue with those engines? What should I do with the oil usage and error code? Is there any other reason why my car is using so much oil?
