Default Fitting leather/electric seats to an S

I've got a 52 reg V70 D5 S and have been offered a leather interior out of an SE that also had an electrics drivers seat. Does anyone know if the loom for the electrics seats is there as standard, but disused?

Thanks
Hugh

I fitted electric seats to my ex plodder and they worked straight away, I beleive heating will never work but the position adjustment is good to go.

Be aware that if the car has been crashed and the front airbags have fired you will have to swap the rear seat belts.

I did this on mine and its a bit of a pain.

Also don't forget to unpug your battery and leave the car for 10 minutes before you start tinkering.

Thanks thats very helpful. When you say swap the rear seat belts is just because of the pre-tensioners having gone?

Thats right, then tensioners had fired which locks up the seat belts making them unusable.
I took the seatbelts out of my old seats and put them in the new ones, it was a bit of a pain but took me about 3 hours in all.
The Haynes manual has a good explanation of how to do it.
