Original 1800 Jack - needs work

This Jack/winder and wrench came from an 1800 imported from sweden. It sat in a wet boot for 15 years and will need some work to get it back to working order. The jack screw will turn but not without a LOT of effort, and as you can see it's got some rust. The stencil you can read says SWEDEN

Worth anything to someone?
