Default V50 Isofix Child Seats

Expecting delivery of my new V50 next week. My wife currently has a Renault Scenic with isofix atatchments. We use a Britax duo plus isofix in her car which we're very happy with. I'm told that this seat isn't approved for the V50 and in fact the only Isofix seat I can find thats approved is the Volvo seat. Trouble is this faces backwards which will not please the little one. Has anybody got any experience with non Volvo Isofix seats in a V50 (or S40).

The seat is only not approved as it has not been crash tested in a V50.

The seat should swap over easily as the fittings are standard, we have one and it slotted in no problems. It doesn't move at all and seems as safe as houses to me. I would not use it if I had any doubts.
