V50 Stereo MP3 Compatibility

I'm geting a new V50 2.0d SE very soon. Can anybody tell me whether the dash mounted multichanger CD is MP3 compatible?

Are you asking if the in-sash CD player has an auxilliary input to accept what is commonly referred to as an mp3 player.
The answer is NO.

Are you asking if the in-dash CD player will decompress and play mp3 tracks contained on CDs.
Sory I don't know. I can tell you that my in-dash V50 6cd changer seems to pick up CD text from some cds alright.

The standard audio, single-slot CD unit is definitely not mp3CD compatible and I didnt think that the premium multichanger was either.

The MY2007 cars will have this feature, as well as an aux input, I believe.
