For sale an Oxford X30 ( 30 litre ) Magnetic Expandable Tank Bag incorporating a dedicated waterproof Sat Nav Pouch which is visible through the top cover.
It allows a power cable to enter the pouch via a waterproof external rubber grommit. Lastly, you can leave the base in situ and use the bag as a Backpack with the incorporated shoulder straps.

It's in VGC ,all zips are in great order and the magnets are really strong. All in all a clever bit of kit.
