Default Xc90 oil filler cap popping

Hi
Please help ave got a 2003 xc90 and been working on it for years lol been great car
Ave done all engine mounts and all vac up ok no leaks when I put vac pump on control valve Near Air box the side exit to mounts are spot on no leeks .. when I put vac on bottom pipe on the valve to vac test it holds vac but drops slowly ,,,
Is this right, cleaned boost pressure valve behind intake pipe bolted to engine did test for vac but does not hold vac on the to white outlets is this right ,, this is not the one on the air box .. with ever thing plugged in and right you remove oil filler cap and it pops so I removed big servo pipe to vac pump and put my finger over the pump and poping stops ,, removed pipe to servo on bulk head and it hissed and hold vac. One more thing the vac mounts switch at 1000 rpm but when this happens I get a small vibration on both engine mounts when I remove vac pipe to both mounts from valve and leave it off it don’t vibrate at 1000 rpm ..when plug back in it vibrates at the 1000 rpm switch over ,, as u see I have after problems ,, car drives great no managent lights on turbo works fine , thanks for looking at this John
