  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default Bulb for the door light

Hello All,

Stupid question but bulb do i need for the door marker?

I bought 12v 1.2w from halfords but it got really really hot. So now unsure what bulb i need.

12v 3w according to the owners manual

Not really, you bought 1.2W and you should have 3W, more than twice the power = twice the heat.

You could fit an LED equivalent if you're worried about it getting too hot, or just not leave the door open for too long.
