General: 140: - 145 volvo

Hi there, i wonder if anyone could help me with the problem i'm having with my 145.
The problem is there's water coming in the front of the car,i have had it inspected and the person said that between the windscreen & bonnett there's a grill which the water is getting into,and under that you've got the bulk head then this kind of rubber ring that sits on the heater motor.
Well, this rubber ring has worn away & i've been told this rubber ring does not exist anymore.So i'm having problems finding one,i have informed a few good volvo centres but they can't help me.
If i don't find this replacement for my 145 estate soon,then i'm in trouble!
Please if anyone can help i'll be over the moon.
