Found these pics while surfing. Labelled as 165, but obviously it's a 163!

It's not just a welded up 5 door estate, it has the longer front doors from a 2 door saloon. So there must be parts from at least 3 shells here, 164, 1/242 and 1/245

I had thoughts of replacing a 145 front end with a 164`s and engine transplant etc , but due to yet another heart attack [ have an ICD fitted now ] this is shelved at least I never got around to buying the 145 ,

Wasn't there a garage in Manchester or somewhere near there that knocked out a few of these conversions on a semi-official basis?
