Speedo replacement

Hi all. I'm thinking about replacing the speedo dials on my 09 v70 and I'd like to change it to a blue r-design look... Is this easy to do.. And where is the best place to get the parts... Alternatively.. Can I replace the led lights from standard white to a blue light... Any links to interior styling for volvo greatly appreciated...
