Default Saying goodbye to my C30 T5

Well, it's not gone but it's now up for sale as I need something bigger. Desperately looked for a good V50 T5 with no luck: one lovely one popped up a few weeks back but sold within about a day which was before my Saturday morning appointment to view it... still kicking myself on that one. A 2010 325i Touring M sport (3.0 engine) is now on the drive so the C30 needs a new home.

I didn't have huge expectations with the C30 so maybe that's why I've grown to love it... much more than I should have! It's such a good car and I love the 5-pot performance and sound... it's been immense for me and the next owner will be getting a Swedish stunner in perfect working order and condition! I've also been surprised by the passion of the Volvo community online and offline, and I've had more waves in this than I have in other fancier cars which says a lot. It's been a joy to own for sure, but 5 doors is the order of the day now...!

Will look to sell as is, and if no joy then I'll return it to standard.

Lovely C30.

Is the BMW even any more practical? (Assuming it's the coupe?).

Although bigger engine, isn't it also considerably slower?

Good luck with the sell, if you do brake ... might be interested in your wheels.

Haha, it is a touch slower at 7.3 secs to 60!

Beemer definitely more practical as it's an estate! In my mind the estates are slightly more interesting than the saloons, just need to get the pipe and slippers now!

Thanks Dom! Will keep you posted on the wheels if I do return to standard.

New chariot. Scrubs up OK but will be even better after some TLC...

Hi Mark - Sorry to see you're selling my car twin, I'm sure it will be snapped up pretty quickly.

The beemer will certainly do the job and be a decent drive, I've had two of them for company cars, can't fault them.

How's the sale going?

Had any bites?

EDIT: Looking online do you think it's priced a bit high?
