VOC 'Trip Route' now disappeared?

Has anyone else noticed the trip route data is now no longer available when a journey completes using the VOC app on Android? It last worked for me on Tuesday 18th Feb, noticed it not working again since my first journey on the 20th.

This would be a T8 issue only as I believe you never did get a full route display with your speed and fuel consumption at any point with the other models. You can still select a trip from the Driving Journal and click on the '>' symbol on the right under the map and it takes you to just a map display with your start and stop points on it and no route plot.

Such a shame it's disappeared as that was a very handy feature!

Yes my Trip Route has not worked since i updated to Version 4.7.0. on 29th January
I have e mailed VOCAPPS but despite the latest update to 4.7.1 yesterday still no Trip Route

I’ve never had the route shown on the map with VOC , all I get it points A & B. Car was new September 2019.

As was said earlier in the thread, it was only available on the T8.

seems to of stopped working for a while for me,not sure when it stopped, it was intermittent for a while though first

Always liked that feature!

Looking quickly seems it stopped working completely on feb 12th for me, don't think its the app as the windows desktop app has the same missing trips as the android one for me.

It stopped working for me also at the beginning of December. I wrote to VOC and they said I should contact the dealer... next day (it was 20 something of December) it started to work again. Now, beginning of feb it stopped again....

LE: I have IOS, so I also support the idea that it is not from our devices. It’s either the car or the Volvo servers.

Just checked mine and everything is working fine. I can see the full trip details with speed, mpg, discharge and recovery rates. Latest update was yesterday.

One can make it work again for a short time doing this:
disable the trip journal.
Close the app
wait for half an hour
reopen the app
enable the trip journal
next trip should show al details again.
It will last for a few trips.

Thank you Mavi57! Yes, that worked for me this morning. No routes were recorded for trips yesterday for example. Tried your technique this morning (although I only waited for a minute) and first trip of the day today recorded correctly!
