No it's called basic logic. 54% of all UK imports come from the EU. Add that charge to the already existing 46% UK imports coming from outside EU countries and do the math. You are basically surcharging the current system with twice the work, so yes, disruptions will occur. You would be able to understand this if you understand the minimal concepts of operational strategy and planning.

At your work if you start receiving twice the work and you are already at 100% capacity then you will have delays on your daily tasks that will accumulate with time until someone hires help. Basic logic.

I'm not for or against Brexit. It's a choice that was made by the people and everyone needs to take responsibility and ownership for that choice.

This clause allows the purchaser to cancel the contract within 14 days once notified of a price change, if the dealer chooses to pass on an increase, or if there's been a reduction (as if!) and the dealer chooses not to pass on the full amount of the reduction.

This happened to me (in a possitively good way) I ordered my XC90 early 2016, shortly after, I received a call to say delivery will be delayed as the factory had closed down for two weeks to change over to the 2017 MY models and the new 2017 model prices had increased slightly.
The good news was that as well as getting the newer 2017 MY D5 powerpulse engined vehicle the price to me had reduced as some of my optional extras were now standard on the 2017 model and the overall cost of my car had reduced.
The price increase of the 2017 model was to be passed on if I agreed with the new order,
(I could have cancelled the order) but the optional extras which were now standard more than offset this. A new sales invoice was made out to reflect the changes which if I was not happy with I need not have signed.
So I was able to add a few more optional extras to my car without increasing the intial cost to me.
