I would strongly recommend you replace the entire parcel self. You will have to remove it anyway, in order to remove the speakers. The reason for this, is because at the rear of the speaker cover, there are lugs that are secured with circlip thingys (or whatever they called) and they are a bloody nightmare to remove. See photo.

I will also reply to your email later on tonight. I will also make another post with the steps to remove the rear parcelshelf

Here are just the photos of the process of removing the rear parcelshelf. Will make a proper guide at some point

And here is a photo of the standard volvo speaker vs the premium sound volvo speaker

I see what you mean now Alex - sorry I didn't realise you meant the whole parcel shelf needs to change.

I can see the pic on the first post which is helpful, but none of the pics are showing in the second post for me (lots of small error thumbnails).

But yeah I'll deffo be having some off you so keep them saved for me haha =)

Bump. Gatos or anyone else have pics of the process? I ruined my grill thinking I could just pry it up. Assuming I need to pull the entire rear shelf.

Here you go

DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE THIS CLIP. Just put your hand uinder the parcel shelf and lift it up a bit in order for the clip to move out of the metal hole

Much thanks. Do you know if the ph1 rear deck fits the ph2 the same? I might hit a yard for something not broken.
