Default 2008 Volvo V50 D5 SE Lux possibly for sale

So due to me lusting after a V50 T5 I am considering selling my V50 D5 SE Lux manual. It’s a 2008 plate facelift model in black, 111,000 miles, MOT till June, good condition inside and out, standard stuff is:

Elec folding/heated mirrors
Elec drivers seat
black leather seats
nordic oak trim
performance sound system with ipod/aux/usb and 6 cd changer
winter pack (heated front seats/headlight washers)
Recently refurbished 17" alloys shod with excellent all-weather Michelin Cross Climate tyres
tow bar (I’ve only used it for bike rack, no trailers involved!)
auto dimming rear view mirror
rain sensing wipers
air con

Not so standard stuff:

Bilstein/Eibach B12 suspension kit
polybushed front wishbones
Longlife cat back stainless 3” exhaust
Shark stage 2 tune with DPF delete 230bhp 500Nm (claimed)
Do88 intercooler
Ford RS clutch
Quaife LSD
Nokia handsfree bluetooth thingy

It’s about as tuned as it can reliably be, I’ve been running it like this for 2 years now with no problems apart from from wishbone bushes, hence the polybushes which were done recently.
It has full service history, most of it Volvo, 1 from another garage, and I have done the last 2 services myself at 9 month intervals. I also did all discs and pads last year with Brembo replacements.
Cam belt was done by Volvo at around 60,000 miles.

I’ve spent a fair bit of cash on it as can be seen and it is fairly rapid and will still happily do 40-50 mpg, I will be sad to see it go, but the T5 is calling and I can’t resist any longer.
I’m looking for £4000 or thereabouts which I think is fairly reasonable with all the mods and condition of the car.

I will try and get some pics up when I work out how to.
Happy new year!

Does deleting the DPF cause legal issues or is something that a blind eyes turned to at MOT time ?

Sounds a very bonny machine

The DPF box still exists it just has no innards, the MOT is a visual inspection only.

It is indeed bonny.

Edit: The wheels and R Design steering wheel are not for sale, it will have a recently refurbished set of 17" Spartacus alloys and the standard SE Lux steering wheel with cruise control and audio controls.
