Is there much to gain in downloading VIDA?
Having parted with my last Volvo after 22 years (960 CD estate 3lt) I bought a 16MY XC60 D5 and thought downloading VIDA might be useful but I am having problems with the download, so before I get deep into the reason for this problem I would appreciate your thoughts.

Probably best to give your chassis number to someone who has Vida.
If the VIN isn't recognised, the usefulness of Vida will be pretty limited.

Hi Paul,

I'm in York and I have VIDA. I can meet you and show you how it works if you like. Then you can make your mind up whether you need it or not.
