Fuel rail removal
Hi , just a quick question, V40, T4. I have everything disconnected from the fuel rail, but it's a pig to remove, is it just a case of pulling until the injectors come out the manifold. Don't want to break anything.

.......yes, they get stuck in the holes!!......spray some WD40 on the injector ends at the head and just carefully wobble about until the rail comes free, be deliberate but gentle as the frame part that holds the injectors to the rail can become bent where the screws hold it all together, all will be revealed when you have the rail upside down and out......you are better to use all new O rings with Vaseline on them when assembling as the old ones will have swollen somewhat........

Thanks for that, got it. FPR replaced while I was there. Now to remove inlet manifold as I work my way to head gasket that needs replaced. No doubt a few more questions on the way.
