Certainly no problem here. I downloaded the new Europe map on Thursday and updated the car yesterday.
However, I use the Sensus Update Europe App which I saved back in February. I don't know if that makes a difference. |

No problem with volvo support site download or Sensus download pages. Which are you having trouble with, if Sensus have you an internet/data connection.

I did have a problem on Thursday evening when I logged in to My Volvo. Logged in okay but when I went to the support/download page it logged me out again so I had to enter the car model and model year before I could navigate to the NW Europe map update download.
I wondered if this was a website glitch or a change in the website design/functionality and made a mental note to check back again in the next few days or so. I haven't done so as yet but wonder if this was what was causing you the problem. It certainly had me scratching my head for a while as the functionality was different than on each of my previous visits to the site.

Sites not working for me for downloads, rest of the site is tho, just endless spinning thingy
Maybe an ISP issue if its working for some and not for others? i'm with BT Just tried again with different browsers, doesn't work in internet explorer but does work with Edge & Opera I've noticed in the past month or so quite a lot of sites seem to no longer function in Internet Explorer... Annoyingly sites that did work perfectly fine Last edited by steadvex; Jul 7th, 2019 at 18:27. |

Hi steadvex
I too have BT as my ISP so no problem with them I don't think. I use Firefox however so can't comment on IE or other browsers. I've been back to the My Volvo site, cleared all my cookies but still logging on okay but still the site logs me out when I try to navigate to the support/downloads page, same a before. But if I enter my car model and year (S90 and 2018) I can navigate to the dowload page and download the maps. On thing I have realised over recent years is that computers are strange beasts and seem to have a will of their own! Good luck in finding a solution.
