Default Wheel sizes

Currently running 18" camulus wheels on 235/60/18 tyres - looking to replace wheels if I see something at a sensible price etc.

Would a set of Taranis fit alright - they are 18 x7.5 whereas the camulus are 18 x 7 - does the width of the wheel make a material difference?

Would I still use 235/60 tyres?

Thanks....

Hi,
I use 255/50/R19 in the summer and 235/65/R17 in the winter, they are the same diameter.
