Default D5 engine sudden issue(smoke, rattling, tapping)

Hi

First of all, english isn't my mother language so please forgive me my mistakes.

The car is 2006 V70, 2.4 D5, 136kw located in Estonia.

Everything was fine. I drove the car sunday morning and it performed well. Stopped it for about 15 minutes and after restarting the engine there came issues. Started fine but made strange tapping sound. Seemed like it was working on 3 or 4 cilinders. And black smoke. Lots and lots of it on idle. Revved it 2 times about 2500rpms.

Nothing changed so drove it few meters to garage and started to look what's wrong. It starts fine but all symptoms are there.

Checked so far:

Timing belt
Injectors tested - seemed to be in good condition
Camshafts - not broken
Lifters and rockers - seemed visually ok. They were changed 15000 km ago.
No faults in ecu

It seemed to me first that one of the injectors is stuck open and just pours fuel into one cylinder, because the tapping sound and smoke was indicating that, but they were tested and was told me that they are good.

It went to limp home mode few days earlier. Problem was turbo pressure leak through a broken hose. It was repaired and after that it drove fine. The sunday morning drive was a test drive after repair. But i don't think that is related.

So what to test next. The injectors will came back to me in few days.

Any ideas needed

Thanks

Toivo
