Default Rear seat lift lever

The lever at the top of the rear seats to allow access to the third row snapped of yesterday while trying to operate it (put seat forward). Would this be covered by warranty, if not anyone carried out the repair. Bit disappointed in the quality of the design. I have seen diy's for the mk1, thought they would of improved it on the mk2.

I suppose it depends on where it has broken, a photo would be helpful.

I don't see why it shouldn't be covered by warranty. I recently (under my Volvo extended warranty) had a rear air vent which the little leaver had broken off replaced.

About a year ago I also had the leaver you are talking about adjusted, as it was quite difficult to make it release and let the seat push forward.
