Does the PocketGPS world app work with android auto?

I'm thinking about speccing a V60 at the moment and when I change I would rather not have my phone perched on top of the steering column as I do currently.

Not as such, so you can't see the warnings on the car's screen.

However, you can set it so that audible warnings occur via the car's Bluetooth audio. I've used it like that for several years and it works very well.

As an update, I drove through France last week in my 2019 NL spec. car with all the latest updates and Sensus didn't show any cameras in France.

I have a top of the range Garmin satnav and i turn off the speedy thingy when i go to France as i regularly do living in Dover. The speed required not to exceed is still in the corner with a red circle around it so one knows what one is up to and what speed not to go over.

As far as updates are concerned don`t believe everyone get`s the same update!

I bought a new phone and the next day my friend bought the same exactly from the same shop and because he pays less per month as the deal had finished the day i bought mine....yes, you have guessed it the software and updates are completly different.

You only get what you pay for and no more?

Have you checked the box is still ticked for speed camera warnings, I have had a few settings unticked after service updates.

No, it's active- and for eg. it showed camera warnings when I drove through Austria 3 weeks ago- but no more warnings in Germany and France..

In some countries are speed camera warnings illegal, I wonder if the new update disables the setting when it detects you have entered one of these areas.

Yes.

Presumably they've just removed the speed camera data from the camera database for those countries where it's illegal so none show up.

Well if they have actually removed this feature, then a bit of consolation is that Google have started rolling out speed camera warnings in Google Maps in UK
