  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

This is driving me mad - deleted and reinstalled a few times now, paired via phone using the Sensus provided code and I just get the spinning blue circle of nothingness - has anyone yet been to a dealer and got them to resolve this issue, just that I'm not altogether certain what a dealer could do differently?

Sounds like I'm in the same music-free boat. I dropped my car off this morning. The dealer uninstalled and updated Spotify. With me in the office, we then attempted to remotely pair the app to my Spotify account using a code generated by the car, with no luck. Tried four different codes. Still no luck.

They've suggested that I pop in to see if it's any different if I log in in person, using my password. Let's see...

I have done the pair code and login and both result in the same spinning circle.

Fixed it!

Using the "Sign In" option, not the PIN, I signed in using a different account and hey presto, started worked straight away.

Appreciate not everyone might have a second Spotify user account in their household but worth a try if you do.

Well that's downright weird and suggests there's a cache/system memory problem with Sensus! Doesn't help me tho unfortunately as only have/need the one account. Spoke to my dealer yesterday and they'd never heard of the issue so pointed them to this thread and asked them to work out a position/resolution with Volvo Uk

Yep sounds like it.

Not sure if it would work just to clear the cache, try taking out a free subscription, log in with that and then delete/re-install and log in with your original premium account. Might just do what needs to be done to clear the cache and get you up and running again.

I know that this does not get to the bottom of your problem, but I sometimes have to clear the cache in my smart LG tv, by switching the power off, for about 30 secs.

I think someone tried the battery off/on thing to reset Sensus but that didn't work neither. It might be the app rather than Sensus but who knows...Volvo certainly don't seem to.

If it was the app I dont understand how it works for some and not others ..... unless there are multiple versions of the sensus build across models and/or MY models and Volvo haven't done the proper compatibility test .... perish the thought!!
