Default V60 Cross Country Plus Seats

Evening All

I'm building up to ordering a V60 Cross Country Plus. One of the key decision points for me is that it now comes with seat cushion extensions (standard Momentum seats didn't suit me). Before committing I'd like to try the seats with extending cushions for a bit, so i mentioned this to my local dealer as he previously had a Inscription Pro demonstrator and I was expecting the only difference to be the seat cover material. However they weren't sure they were the same shape, despite both having the cushion extension. Has anyone seen the Cross Country Plus seats to compare them?

Thanks

Todd

I was in Stockholm earlier this year and the Volvo cafe/ studio had a V60 Cross country pro with the seat extensions and they are exactly the same seats as those in the V90 cross country pro so you should seak out one of those to try out. The extensions do make a big difference.

Thanks for the quick reply, that should answer it. I'm guessing there aren't that many V90CCs, but they are certainly a lot more numerous than V60 CC+ and I only need to try 1.

If they are anything like the XC60 Inscription Pro seats I would avoid them as they are awful seats, I know a lot of people say they are comfortable but there are also a lot of people who find them very uncomfortable, the seat extenders are also not good as they just leave a big gap in the seat when extended.

I read a similar thread in that previously, hence why I need to try before committing. I tried a standard Momentum, but I found the base created a pressure point halfway along my thigh. Otherwise I'd have ordered the Cross Country previously.
