exhaust part that runs from the engine

Hi

I'm looking for the first tube that goes from engine, in Norwegian it is called the magnifoil not sure what it is called in english..

how much and where can I get that part, is it wort getting second hand or is it likely to just rust and brake?

It's for my dads car its a 440 1.7 petrol..

hi man, have you tried ebay yet? i think i have seen it or something similar on ebay before, not sure on price tho
