Default Air Conditioning Condensor

Hi Everyone

Our Air-con is not working on our V40CC and the Volvo dealer says it's stone damage in the condenser, but I can't see any damage to the radiators in the front.

Firstly which is it? the long low one at the bottom which I assume it is, as the the larger one has the fan and looks to have pipes to the engine, so I assume this is the radiator for the engine.

Insurance have said they will pay under accidental damage, but would like Photo's of the stone damage, bit difficult when I can't see any!

Will have to get the dealer to show me, but wanted to be sure I was looking at the right radiator.

Car is still under Warranty, but of course they say this is not covered as stone damage... if it is!?

the one at the front at the bottom is the turbo intercooler m the one at the back with the fan is the radiator for the coolant .
The AC Condensor is the one in the middle thin and frail in apperance . with alloy pipes going to and from it . if you look straight through the upper and lower grille with a torch you should see something as that is the route a stone follows ..

Thanks Clan!

Ok makes more sense as the lower one looked very big for the Air-con and has absolutely no marks on it.

Will search further in the upper grill as the lower grill is fully filled by the turbo cooler.

I forgot to mention it's a late 2014 and a D3.
