Default Limp Mode, codes: 18B0 44B0 1507

Hi there, I'm new here, i'm glad to be in this great forum.
I have intermittent Limp Home Mode problems in my XC90 D5 lately. It runs with no problems 8 times of 10. It shows error codes:

18B0
44B0
1507

Firstly i was having these codes and a MAF code. I've cleaned the EGR and changed the MAF one month ago, and now have the same codes but MAF code is not present.
Spiral flaps rod is not disconnected.
I'm thinking in changing the electronic unit of the EGR... any thoughts? Is the EGR the main fault and others(18B0 and 1507) are chained faults?
or is it the flaps fault code the guilty?

THANKS
