Default XC90 Servicing Question

I've had no serious problems with my '17 XC90 thanks to the citizens of this forum who can usually answer most questions.
The time has come for the first service (I went for the 5 year manufacturers service plan) and have yet to choose a dealer. I've no idea how keen they'd would be for the business.
  1. What should I be looking / asking for in selecting a dealer for the service?
  2. Is it a given than all applicable TJ's will be done or only if I report a problem?
  3. Are Sensus updates only to be expected as part of servicing or should I ask ask for updates in between if needed in return for the business?

Thanks in advance

1. The one closest to you? One you've had good experience of before, or recommended?

2. I believe any required updates etc.. will be done

3. From my limited experience, I wanted the last major update (May) to be done as my car was just a month old. The dealer was fairly happy to do it (once they could understand what I wanted ..) but it clearly helped for me to say I'd be having some problems. I suspect it's so they can charge Volvo for warranty work.
