Question Wentworth estate aerial

My 1993 estate doesnt have an aerial on the back panel, should there be one?.. i have read that some have it built into the rear side window however i cant see anything?..

If it’s in the rear passenger side window you’ll see some very fine tracks going from the bottom to the top, they look similar to heated rear window elements. Very easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it.

Failing that it could have an antenna installed elsewhere in the car (usually around a window so the metalwork doesn’t interfere with the signal), it could be a little black box with two antenna sticking out of it. Does the original mounting point on the passenger rear most pillar have a blanking plug in it?

If you hadn't noticed it before but with the pics you have now put up you can just make out the aerial embedded in the n/s rear window glass - Bob )
