1800ES Auxilliary air valve
My 1972 1800ES is having some work done and I need to source an Auxiliary air valve regulator. The guys were replacing the gasket but appears the part had been leaking for some time and it crumbled when it was taken off. Does anyone have a replacement?! Part no is Bosch 0280140013. Many thanks!

Sorry I can't help you with the AAV, but I seem to recognise the two-tone 1800ES. Was its previous owner the late Barbara Morris, by any chance?

The car was previously owned and restored by Barbara Morris - we take the car to shows around Scotland and she is still a show winner! The two tone colour divides opinion among some enthusiasts.

Yes, it always did; but I think Barbara chose the colour combination it to make it "different."
