Not really when you consider the current V40 T5 has slightly more power (250bhp) and a 0-62 time of 6.1 seconds......

What is the co2 and emissions difference though? I imagine much improved!

You don't buy a V40 T5 because you want good emissions. You want it because of it's performance. If you wanted a V40 with good emissions and fuel economy you would buy the Diesel.

yes but potentialy it uses twice as much fuel :-)
