UK Performance Tuners

About to purchase a 06 Plate T5.. I know that the engine has 210 horses as standard, although, I also know that mileage and general wear will have taken a few of those horses.

I'm expecting the car to deliver about 190 bhp at best, so I would like to know of any UK tuners who deal with Volvo's.

I'm looking to get the car up to about 250 bhp, without just getting it chipped. I want the engine sweet as a nut before I get it mapped.

So, I would like to know of any specialist tuners. Also, what sort of upgrades would I need for the brakes, clutch and suspension? If any.

06 plate what model???? as for 210bhp i would check that figure as im sure the smallest power proper T5 is 220bhp

but if you still want more. pop into shark or speak to don if you can and see what upgrades and custom mappings they can offer you
whap a 3" turbo back on first tho

I can offer you MTE's Swedish written software for your car for £395 including VAT.

In stage 1 form that will give you outputs of 330bhp with 480nm of torque provided you do indeed have the 2.4l T5 engine with basic 260bhp.

You install this software yourself using MTE's unique Softloader device that acts as an interface between your car's OBD port and an XP or Windows 7 (32 bit) equipped laptop.

If you search both here, chez the VOC or at www.t5d5.org you should easily find various opinions and experiences of MTE and myself.....

what other stages do you offer for the 05+ t5 don?
you do custom? for likes of bigger injectors?

I can offer MTE's stage 2 software at the same price that does give small increases in both power and torque but does require a full replacement exhaust that you will find here on my website:

It is less easy now for me to offer bespoke tuning as the man from MTE does not come over here anything like as often as he used to..... and these particular 2.4l engines do require quite a lot more physical changes to get much greater outputs safely and reliably; certainly a larger intercooler which is quite costly...then turbo mods, bigger injectors etc.

ive already got a 3" turbo back atm
after ive had a respray was gonna fmic it, bigger injectors etc poss lsd...

dont think the k24 is good for much more tnah that anyhoos lol
whats that in other gears then.
atm im getting a constant 13 psi throughout
